A few more of sample snippets of Thunder and Rain

This sample starts with moderate thunder mainly on the right with pretty heavy rain, the initial thunder roll lasts till about 0m28s then the rain increases more bouncing off of various surfaces – the rain makes up most of the sample till a new significant thunder roll starts at 2m04s this continues to build until a crack on the left that rolls to the right at 2m53s.

This sample is moderate rain with thunder rolls for almost the entire length of the sample with two main louder thunder rolls, the first at the start that rumbles onto the next at 1m05s

Quite a virulent sample of thunder – it was getting quite close in this sample, quite a bit of movement between left and right, main claps of thunder at start, with a few rumbles between them surrounded in light rain, next bigger clap at 1m1s followed shortly with a really crackly one with almost cannon effect tail at 1m40s

This sample starts with a song thrush chirping (someone correct me if this is in fact a blackbird), Then at 0m2s the start of a thunder clap getting quite loud but the song thrush still sings, in the distance a flock of blackbirds can be heard shortly at 0m19s then the rain starts to increase all the time the thunder still rumbles.

The sample starts with light rain, a thunder rumble starts at 0m5s lasting almost constantly till the next thunder clap at 0m46s. the rain starts to increase around 2m39 seconds. Large boom and heavy rain at 1m27s with a large crack at 2m18s.

Starts straight away with a distant horse neighing, birds chirping with very slight spits and spots of rain dropping. Another distant neighing at 0m8s almost straight after that the church clock in the distance starts to chime the hour, followed almost immediately with the start of a thunder roll on the left increasing with a loud crack and rumble on the right – all this time birds are chirping and the clock is chiming the hour till fade out.

A crack and thunder rumble lasting almost the total length of the sample, slight rain in the background with the odd bird chirp too, towards the very end of the sample a few large splats of rain bouncing off leaves.
